I'm having issues with my 243 win. Lrvp 42 grains of h4350, federal brass,cci 200 primer 2.645 oal. 87 vmax. Shows massive signs of over preasure. But any book I check say it should be ok. Other brand of brass seem ok. Any input is welcome.

Just a quick word of warning. If you are seeing preasure signs (much less "massive signs") stop. At that point what the book says is secondary to the reality of what your rifle is telling you.

Book data is a general guideline and isn't carved in stone. Powder burn rate varies from lot to lot, they don't tell you what brass or primers they used, they might have had a barrel with a slightly tighter or looser bore than yours, they don't say whether they were using a FB or BT bullet in their testing - lots of variables. Look at several different manuals and you will see the recommended max for a given powder and bullet can vary by a couple grains from book to book. Every gun is going to be a little different as well as olddav was eluding to above.
What dimension are you trimming your brass to? Those cases seem to grow easily due to the shoulder angle, and your comment about other brass sent up a red flag to me.
Banning a gun will not solve what is a mental health crisis inflamed by incendiary rhetoric on social and television media. The first amendment in this case is less precious and more likely the causal factor than the second amendment.
get yourself a manual and go by their specs..
As the old commercial said, if it hurts don't do that.
Also get a wider range or loads to see where you stand.
There is a reason they specifically list the shell type and primer they use.

FC is the heaviest of all brass I have weight (have not done so in 243)
That means the least space.
I tried some new hornady brass as well as my other win and remember brass and none of them showed any signs of over preasure. However I did find my best groups with h4350 at 40.5 grains. 3196 avg fps. 87 vmax 210m primer. I was shooting them at Ridgway Pa VBR. On July 2nd. Out to 1k. The wind played he'll with me. I'm trying to work up a 105 amax load now I'm seeing just over 3k fps using 47 grains of retumbo set .020 back off the lands. Accuracy is good at 100. Rifle is a long range precision varminter all stock. Warne 20 moa base and Warne rings, burris black diamond 6x24 56 glass.
