    Hi from Old Swede in Kansas

    I picked up a new Savage Model 12 BVSS in .223 this is my first Savage.
    I have been looking at this rifle for many years at my local gun store it was to expensive but they are going out of business and when they sent a 20% off notice I went for it.
    The Accutrigger it is smooth and factory set at 1.5lbs cant get better than that. I took it out last weekend to start the barrel break in process I hope to finish up Saturday.

    My hobbies are reloading, hunting, target shooting and fishing (when they are biting)
    I used to do some wood carving but my hands don't like to hold a chisel or knife so much anymore.
