    Farmer-Hunter


    Hello to all. I live in Southwest KS. I farm and run a few cattle for a living and enjoy almost anything outdoor for a hobby. I grew up camping in the rockies and was taught to hunt, fish, or generally catch or kill wild game by my Dad and his brothers and my grandpa. I was given a savage 93 chambered in 17hmr when I turned 14 and have a lot of prairie dog and jackrabbit kills with it. I recently bought a 116 chambered in 7mm Rem mag and have started on a journey to better accuracy. I also am tuning up long forgotten bow skills when I recently purchased a Great Plains long bow for my wife.

    I really enjoy reading on this forum and appreciate all the great info that you are willing to share.
