axis aftermarket bolt handle questions?

If i got an aftermarket bolt handle like glades armory sells for my axis II would it eliminate the handle hitting the scope with lower rings? I have high rings now but want to go to medium and also like the large handle.

I doubt it.... But can't confirm 100%... I think it has more to do with how large your bell is on the ocular lens.
