Just getting back from my lunch break during which I purchased a new Savage Model 10 BA Stealth in 6.5 Creedmoor. I shoot at some local competitive venues and needed a new rifle. I was using one that my son had built as part of his prize as a Top Gun tourney winner (a custom built 28-Nosler). He wanted his back! I have one other Savage in a .300 Win that has taken game but not properly set up for the long range precision stuff we are doing nowadays. I older than some but still like to get out and have fun. I've been shooting things ever since I bought my first shotgun with paper-route money back in the 70's. As they say, "nothing like the smell of gun powder in the morning"! Anyway, I'm looking forward to reviewing the good information that will, no doubt, be posted from time to time.
