That's weird... I bot the Sightron 6-24x50 FFP just about 3 months ago, and it came with a VERY nice Neoprene scope cover.... It looks just like the ones that Gunwerks put on their G7 scopes. It is hands down better than the cheap scope caps they used to include.

If you don't mind crossing brands the Vortex Defender caps are the best on the market. Very durable, fold flat to the scope when open and lock tightly in place.

What are the outside diameters of both ends of the scope?

Two pickle jar lids and a couple rubber bands. If they were good enough for a local millionaire's benchrest guns, they're surely good enough for the rest of us common folk.

Measure the ID of the sun shade. Go to Ebay or Amazon or some other popular selling spot and do a search on camera lens caps. They come in all sizes. I use them on my Sightron scopes. They're cheap too.

They look like the ones we made years ago by cutting them from old tire tubes.
I guess finding a tire tube could be the trick nowdays, but if you do you have a lifetime supply for the whole gang.

My new sightron 4-20 takes #40 obj and #20 eye in Butler Creek. Digital dial caliper set to mm instead of inch works best. Then look up their chart.

    Call Sightron.

    I have 3 Sightron S-III Scopes - One of them 50X.
Kinda like having the Hubbel Telescope on top of my rifle.

When I found there aren't any flip-ups available I called Sightron. The nice gentleman sent me 3 sets (one for each scope) and an extra pair as I'm thinking on getting another S-III.

    (919) 562-3000

There's the number for your dialing pleasure.
'Scuse me while I whip this out...!
