New to this forum even though I have owned a few Savages in my time. I just picked up a fluted 270 WSM 16 BGH with a hinged floorplate. I am trying to see if any aftermarket replacement stocks exist for this model? Would like a laminated (finished or unfinished) or a Hogue soft touch stock (love these to hunt with). The Hogue's say that they will fit a detachable magazine or hinged floor plate, but I have my doubts. Thanks in advance for any information or advice on this .
