When I had my 6.5 creedmoor, I loaded RL-17 to 42.0 gr for my pet load. Got 2795 fps. Worked better than H4350 for my 10T 6.5cm. Sold the rifle though for a Savage 10/110 FCP 338 Lapua Magnum.
I decided to try some reloading with rl-17 since i had a few lbs laying around. I started with 39-42 grains in half grain increments and found an accuracy node at 41.5 grains. So i loaded some rounds in tenth grain increments up to 41.8 and shot them today on my lunch break. Since i was in a hurry I don't have any chrono data for these loads yet. The next time out i will chrono them. Looks like i found a keeper. Just have to see how it performs down range. I have my fingers crossed. All were 5 shot groups so i measured the 4 rounds after each first shot in a new group. (I should have loaded 6 of each). The brass is hornady and its been trimmed and turned. I used Cci br2 primers and 140gr sierra matchkings.
Rifle is a stock 10fcp-sr.

I shot saturday morning and finally got some chrono data. I was also surprised at how fast they were. The wind was blowing 12-14 mph with 25mph gusts so I didn't spend a whole lot of time trying to shoot groups but still managed to shoot a dime sized group at 100 yards and 3/4" at 200yards. Here are the chrono #'s over my oehler 35.
