Angry Scope mounting rail keeps coming loose

I recently purchased a 10 BA Stealth in 6.5 Creedmoor. I mounted a Vortex HS-T 6-24x50 scope and the rifle shoots like a dream. I absolutely love the Accutrigger! But after about 50 rounds, the EGW scope mounting rail came loose. I tightened it and after about another 50 rounds, it came loose again. I tightened it with some purple loc-tite and it came loose again after about 50 rounds. Anyone else experience this and what did you do to remedy it? I'm about to use red loc-tite to cement the stupid thing to the rifle forever after Savage sends me some new screws. I'm not sure what my options are if that doesn't do the trick.

Check screw length, if using EGW base, Savage screw may be short. Use blue Loctite. Call EGW for screws.

That a common problem with EGW bases. The base has a 90 degree counter sink and the screws have 82 degree heads. They will always loosen up. If the countersink matches the head of the screw you don't need Loctite.
