Hi! Couple questions. Are the serial numbers consecutive regardless of the model 1899 being manufactured? In other words, could an 1899A be, say number 45,000 and then an 1899B be serial number 45,001 with another 1899A be number 45,002? Second, how rare would it be to find two model 1899A rifles with serial numbers within 50-100 or so of each other? Thanks.
