All will work except the barrel channel in the stock will need to be opened up a bit for the heavier barrel contour for the brush hunter barrel

Great! Thanks! Even if it is a tupperware stock, I can reinforce it to work. (and black paint will cure that camo, too)

3 rounds (and not even a fourth in the chamber) wasn't gonna make me happy. My own fault for not doing enough research beforehand. If this works out the way I want, I may spring for a Boyds laminate later.
    Thanks again for the info!

    Wait a minute.

    STOP the PRESSES!

It does not say the stock is inletted for "bottom metal". If it is the stock for the new Trophy Hunters, it won't accept bottom metal (Newer TH's have athe "bottom metal" molded into the stock.)

Therefore, I cant say for sure.

Do they have the trigger guard as part of the stock? Oh well, if not, I'll have to start over.
We'll see when it gets here. (did I mention ordering things without enough research?)

Worst case, I get some Factory mags and sell the stock and mags when I get the Boyds.

The stock will not come with trigger guard. They are avail, though.

Well, looks like it might fit. the stock takes bottom metal and the magwell is only a few thousandths from seating in it. tomorrow i will check the fit of the action in the stock.

did some opening of the barrel channel, and a fair amount of deepening the back half of the opening for the mag well (the infamous Dremel strikes again), and i'm about ready to shim for mag depth and bed everything

    any advice, hints, tips, warnings?

Didn't need shims, the bottom metal is a little "proud" from the stock
everything feeds and functions, but the whole ordeal has really soured me on this one
it should function very well for what i wanted as a " pig, grizzly, and lion stopper" setup, but it may take a while to get over the bad taste

or somebody may get a helluva deal on a 375 lion gun
