Question about my model 12 magazine

I have a model 12 Varmint in .223 with detachable box magazine, does anyone make a block that goes in the mag to make it easier to single feed rounds, for competition use. It's kind of a pain, thanks in advance Dave. Also does this model use the new center feed magazines?
