    Muzzle brake for MKII

Any suggestions or advice for using a muzzle brake on a MKII? After reading quite a bit on the subject, I see no advantage to using one, except perhaps the appearance. Couldn't find one locally, so I made one of titanium(can't post a photo). The point of impact changed after installing on the barrel, but the groups didn't seem to open up at all.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks

Muzzle brakes have that effect on rimfires, sometimes the results are far worse. Basically the brake affects the harmonics and essentially turns it into a tuner....a non-adjustable tuner. You could figure out a way to make it adjustable, and your groups could get better.
