Savage 10-TR Short action accustock for a .223 Hog Hunter

I have a .223 Hog Hunter, and factory bottom metal and mag.

Question can I modify a Savage 10-TR Short action accustock to work with my blind mag action and convert it using this DBM?

Other than the breech lug being wider is the inletting and stock bolt spacing the same? Will contoured barrel fit this stock?

Really like a detachable mag option, any info is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Randy

If the 10-TR is top bolt release, it will work just fine, other than what you pointed out. If the 10TR is bottom bolt release, it will need some minor relieving of area around the bolt release. Not a big deal.

Another note: THat is actually the correct bottom metal.
