I need action screws better than factory

The allen heads seem to round out on the factory screws ,who makes screws with a larger allen key size?

Try purchasing some Torx from someone like Mcmaster Carr. Have you looked at your wrench lately. If the edges are not sharp and square you need to throw it away and purchase a new one. If not you will damage all of your other screws will become damaged by the worn wrench. I replace screws that are rounded as soon as it happens in that event the wrench wrench is already damaged by stripping the head. I replace the wrench or all of my screws that size will soon be damaged. It's a landslide.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

1/4-28. If you have a fastener supply anywhere near, they may have something in a button head hex key style. Even if too long, they can be cut/filed down. 28 thread is considered fine thread.
