My model 10 Predator Hunter Max 1 is substantially free-floating. No sliding a dollar bill around this one--you could slide a stack of 10 dollar bills in that gap.
Hello,
I am a new weather warrior owner and not familiar with the accustock setup. I know it's meant as a free floating barrel setup but after inspecting the gun, it seems the front of the barrel is way off the stock. Is this normal? It's almost like I can see the bottom inside of stock. I wish I had a picture but I haven't actually received the gun yet, still waiting for papaerwork to process. Can anyone shed some insight on this?

Ok, I was wondering what the heck was wrong. I guess I'm behind the times. I picked the gun up and looked at the front barrel and stock and was like, this barrel is falling off the stock. I know about free floating but this gap is large. being new to this, I was surely thinking this was a problem with the gun. Guess I gotta get used to this setup.
Same here, my fcp-sr had a large gap between the stock and the barrel.
The bigger the gap the better in my opinion. Lets the barrel cool off quicker.
And yes, like the others said, this is normal with accustocks.
