    FV-SR thread depth? mines .483 ,can I get a consensus


    thread depth on my fv-sr measures .483 gemtech thread spec for can is .400. whats everybody elses running?

    Do you mean length of the thread from face to face?

    Mine is .477'' from muzel to shoulder and .493 O.D on threads

    So you did want to know how long the thread was. That is easy. Thread depth is another thing.

    I won't make any difference. The suppressor doesn't have a blind hole, it's straight through for quite a ways. The thickness of the mount is .400", so that is how much thread engagement is there.
