so I have been searching the net and I am gonna try marine tex . I will post pics and we will see how it goes
Looking forward to the pics and how the transformation is coming along.
Just about any epoxy will do. I'd use a 4:1 epoxy like AcraGlas thickened with chopped mat or microballoons. Putty-like epoxies could also work, but I don't have as much experience with them other than noticing they seem to cost a lot more.
You'll want to keep the barrel floating, so be sure to put a few layers of tape on it and then hit it really well with release agent. Presto: custom barrel channel.
Rockite
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.
I will 2nd the Rocite. Its only a couple bucks and easy to work with.
Here this is after one coat

It looks like the conversion from a right hand bolt cutout to a left went well from what I can see. This is going to be a all around custom stock when you get done.
I used Rockite, which is a hydraulic cement in both the forearm and buttstock. It want move now and tighten up groups by a ton
So I finally finished it. The marine Tex worked good .

Looks great, sir. Let us know how she shoots.
How much Rockite would it take to fill a stock?
So here is a better pic of before and after. Still has plenty room all the way up to barrel nut
