    6.5 Creedmoor Factory Ammo?

I do not load, and was wondering what the best "off the shelf" factory ammo you guys have come across in 6.5 Creedmoor. I do not have the time or space to load so factory ammo (at this time) is my only option. My rifle's primary use is deer hunting.

I shoot Hornady Match 140gr in all of my 6.5 Creedmoors. It does really well.

Not saying Hornadys ELD-M ammo won't work for taking deer but its designed as a match grade target bullet not an expanding hunting bullet. You're better off trying the ELD-X line of ammo. Specifically designed to expand on game.

Yup Hornady 140 ELD shoots great in my rifles.

Wow Rob01, you have had great results with those factory loads. I am definitely going to have to check them out.

TMD brings up a good point. The ELD-X bullets used in Hornady's Precision Hunter line are designed for hunting, but I can't speak to that particular ammo's accuracy or expansion.

ELD X & M both work fine on game. M will hold together a little better than X, so if you want more penetration go M. I have killed deer, yotes and porcupine from 20yds out to 1240. Best hunting bullet on the market IMHO, I am replacing my Bergers and SMKs with ELD as soon as I run out of them. The M have a little less HP cavity than the X which counteracts the SLIGHTLY thicker shank on the X.
6 one way 1/2 dozen the other and both are game hammers.
