Help with Date of manufacture

ok, i cant get my pics in this but. Model 110 savage 30-06

In front of the proof tested line is 11j in Parenthesis or a weird circle, not sure which, and then after the tested line is an oval with SP in it.

I cant determine the DOM from given information. It appears the numbers/letters are either in wrong order or lacking totally. The serial number 2696 is on the loading side (right hand) and etched on the bolt. The bolt appears to be older version from pics I have seen.
