Savage 11F Conversion

I have an older Savage 11F in 223 Remington that I would like to convert to 243 Win or 260 Rem. I will be using it for white-tailed deer hunting with max 200-250 yard shots, average shots 100 yards or less. It has the staggered blind magazine but I am having issues tracking down a 308 blind magazine and follower for the conversion. I've tried Numrich, Midway USA, Brownells, and good ole fashioned Google search with no luck. I'm trying to not alter the stock if I don't have to also.

Does anyone have any experience with EABCO and there ER Shaw barrels? Most reviews I've seen online seem to be positive about there barrels, especially for a hunting rifle. Any guidance from your experiences would be really appreciated. I've also talked with Northland Shooters Supply and Sharp Shooters to get an idea of what I want to do, but I'm still not sure and a little hesitant about making any changes until I track down a magazine.
