    Upgraded bolt

Does anyone sell a short action complete bolt with upgraded extractor, ejector, bolt head, bolt body and handle?

"Upgrade" is a relative term....you've named every part but the firing pin. What problem are you trying to fix?

Not trying to fix anything. I'm mainly concerned about the bolt head getting dished around the firing pin hole. More of a preventative measure but figured I would just replace everything.

Savage bolt heads like some customs are dished. You could spend 250 to have yours faced and bushed if it is a larger based cartridge.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

Would a ptg bolt head not fix it?

Bolt heads don't get "dished" from use. Factory bolt heads usually have a "dish" resulting from the vibratory polishing process. Is this detrimental to anything?.....usually not. If you're not having any problems, don't sweat it.
