    Texan living in Delaware

Hello everyone. I am the proud owner of a Savage Model 116 7mm. Being from Texas I grew up with a family of hunters. I got my first rifle at about 8 yo. I served in the Army, was a personal protective officer at the State Dept. in DC and was a Correctional Officer for 14 years. I have years of training and experience. I'm living in Delaware but can't wait to get back home to Texas. My aunt has a very large farm where I want to practice some long range shooting. I have done most of my training and firing with iron sites and look forward to using the scope. This looks like a great place and I'm happy to be here.
