    10fcp-sr plus 50mm scope

Way size rings are people running? I've got a Burris xtr 2 on the way and can't find a straight answer from anyone. 34mm tube scope. Been told to run high, medium and low

Low is a relative thing. I ill add, just don't go high. Your bases will effect the height of rings you use. If you think about it you are dealing with circles and center lines.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

I use Millet 34mm low rings on a Bush. XRS & DMR.
I think they're very solid rings, very square/true to my surprise. Got them 2 or 3 years ago at opticsplanet.com for like $50 a pair !, but I don't see them there anymore. opticsplanet has a HUGE selection of rings and some of their prices are hard to beat.

My second choice would be the Burris XTR SIGNATURE rings with the moa offset inserts.

If you have the money, get a SPHUR mount like their SP-4901 model !

If you're using a 20moa pic rail, I think all low rings will work because the objective bell will be overhanging the rail like mine do. Just make sure when you mount it, the objective bell clears the rail

If you're rail is very long, then you'll need high rings. Or you'll need to cut the front of the rail.

Warne has a scope mount and ring selector based on your rifle.

I have a 4-16x50 Nikon (1" tube) on mine, with low Warne rings... The bell of the scope clears the barrel just fine.

With a 34mm tube (which raises the scope, relative to a 1" tube), you shouldn't have any problem with low rings.

I've got a cheap, temporary 6-24x50 I just put on my FCP-SR and the caps that came with it have to be gently forced between the barrel and the scope. I'm using Weaver medium mounts. If your caps are flip up this should not be a problem. I think the clearance between the barrel and the stock is larger than the clearance between the barrel and the scope.

+1 on that set up except my Sav is a Model 10T which comes with a factory one piece base. Plenty of clearance with low rings.
