Ultra Low Recoil .308 using TiteGroup

I started a thread awhile back about using Trail Boss for a very low recoil load. My wife would not shoot my rifle until I used the Trail Boss load listed in the IMR book (150 gr Nos BT over 14.0 gr Trail boss). I noticed they also had a load using TiteGroup (168 gr SIE HPBT over 8.0 gr TiteGroup).
Trail Boss doesn't seem to meter as well as TiteGroup and Trail Boss is so fluffy it seems to float everywhere, getting into on on places on my Dillon 650.
One gentlemen described a different chambering for sub-sonic loads, but I don't want a different rifle, dies etc. As TiteGroup is much more dense one would expect big differences if the powder was piled up against the bullet, back against the primer, or laying on bottom with the primer flame going over the top of the powder. I recently read that powder position was not important for Titegroup. So I decided to perform a test. I tapped the cartridge on the tip, put it in the rifle, tipped the rifle forward 45 degrees then back to level, and fire. Next shot was tap the cartridge on it's side, insert in rifle, and fire. The last shot was tap the cartridge on the base, place in rifle, tip rifle up and back to level and fire. I repeated these steps 10 times. I used Rem 9 1/2 primers, 8.0 gr Titegroup (digital scale), Win case and 168.1 Hornady A-Max. COL was 2.800. Temperature was 85F and very humid. The chronometer was at 10 feet.

Caution: I was able to put 45 grains of TiteGroup into a .308 case. It is not only possible to get a double charge, but a over 5 times the charge! I have a progressive press with a power check station which will help keep me safe, but if you are not careful this could be very dangerous!

    Data follows;
    fps
    # Down Level Up
    1 1003 1024 1036
    2 1056 1049 1054
    3 1060 1065 1054
    4 996 1051 1040
    5 1046 1068 1083
    6 1078 1078 1079
    7 1069 1089 1077
    8 1087 1092 1105
    9 1089 1101 1099
    10 1055 1059 1085
    Ave 1054 1068 1071
    Spread 93 77 69
    Total Spread 109

I also fired some Trail Boss loads to compare, using 155.1 grain Hornady A-Max over 14.0 grains (digital scale) of Trail Boss, Rem 9 1/2 primer, and Win case. COL was 2.800. The Trail Boss almost filled the case, so tipping was not performed. Data follows:
    fps
    # Trailboss
    1 1478
    2 1463
    3 1415
    4 1460
    5 1430
    6 1311
    7 1363
    8 1364
    9 1406
    10 1370
    Average 1406
    Spread 167

I was surprised at the results. The change in velocity was less with the Titegroup than it was with the Trail Boss! The TiteGroup reading for #4 (996) was probably due to a cold chamber and other people wanted to set up targets. If #1 and #4 reading are removed due to cold chamber, the spread is much less.

I did not report shot groups as I am not that good a shot yet, just shooting off a bipod. However I did some TiteGroup plinking and it seemed very accurate. I did notice a big difference in the sound! I believe this was due to the Titegroup being subsonic. More of a woosh rather than a crack.

I'm sure my wife will like this load, and I will get to buy more stuff!

Blue dot is the other option.
BD is great to lower recoil in 308's
