.450 Bushmaster Hunting Build

My 1st build, 450 Bushmaster on a 12FV, should I use a new recoil lug & nut?

cheap insurance comes to mind. hardest part is inletting and bedding the stock. the parts are relatively inexpensive. however savage does use the same recoil lug on everything to my knowledge including the big boomers. I put a PTG .250 lug on mine (not a 450, just a .308) also faced the stock nut on the lathe.
