Method or pad to extend length of pull on a Mark II BRJ

I have a Mark II BRJ and need to extend the length of pull by 1 inch. What methods or pads have has anybody used?

I have used a wrap around leather pad that closes tight with Velcro.

If you want something mounted on the stock, pull the butt plate off and use that as a template to sand a spacer of your desired thickness. If you screw it up, butt plates are a lot cheaper to replace than stocks.

Or cut it off and order a new pad from kick-EEZ. Simply sand/grind to fit and a quick wet sanding to make it look good.
