112 Magnum Target Scope base and rings recommendations

Looking for some advise on a scope base and scope rings for a 112 Magnum Target. The threads on here seem a little older and inconclusive so trying to figure out if there is any new and better information out there.

I got the Ken Farrell 20 moa rail. Fit perfect. Used medium tactical rings with a Bushnell Elite 6500 4.5x30 scope. Is too tall.
Will get low rings instead.
