Info on Stevens 311A SXS chambered in 16 Gauge and .25-35

I have recently acquired a Stevens 311A chambered in 16 gauge and 25-35. First SXS combination by Savage/Stevens I have seen. Any info on whether this was a custom factory model or aftermarket gunsmith job. The right hand barrel has been 'sleeved' and is stamped ".25-35 ACK. IMP" I believe this was made in 1958 as it has (14J) stamped on bottom of receiver.
Thanks in advance for any input on origin, worth or historical data.

    That was a gunsmith job.
