    What model prostaff is this?

I picked up this nikon prostaff 4x12x40 for a steal ($50). It tracks well, good glass and holds zero well so far on a 111 7mm. Im just wondering what level of prostaff it is. Didnt come with a box. I know the newer prostaffs are lettered horizontally but this is verticle. Figuring its a cheap version from a package deal at a retail store or something? Either way, im happy with it. Probably put it on my boys .06. Just wondering though?

I got one of those on a 308 I got it a few or 5 years ago. It's a good scope just a older one. I have a bunch of prostaff scopes I like them for the money they are good scopes. And 50$ is a dang good deal. I just got one last month a new style one and it was almost 300 for basically the same thing. Just different turret and letters are sideways and the bell is little different on the newer mods but they look the same where it matters when you look through it. The one on my old 308 has been put threw the mill too and it's still dead nuts on and clear at the edge on high power. I'd say you got a deal.
