Jimbo,
Looks excellent. Shes got a real command of the rifle. I am wondering, the scope look to sit a bit high in the rifle for good eye alignment. Is that an issue at all?
I have a custom 308 HB axis, that is a great long distance gun.
Hey guys, I figured a few might be interested to see this. Just a short video of my daughter shooting an Axis HB in 243. I figured it would make an ideal target gun for her. The boyds stock is actually pretty nice. This one is the varmint thumbhole, I also have a featherweight thumbhole for my 30-06 Axis.
Currently working up loads using 95gr SMKs. The goal is to reliably ring steel at 1000 yards.

Thanks!
I had a Simmons WTC with a 50mm objective on there earlier hence the extra high rings. From the bench it felt pretty comfortable to me and my daughter said it was fine.
what stock color is that>?
Looks like the coyote laminate.
Yep, it's the coyote laminate. Looks really nice in person.
I really like how disciplined she is with her finger around the stock and trigger. Very nice routine that she repeats each time. Good job, dad.
