    Bushnell Fusion rangefinding binoculars

Has anyone got one yet. How do they compare to Leicas geovids.

There was a good thread over on the Sniper's Hide about them over the past week. Glass wise the Leica's clearly are better. The rangefinder is supposed to be excellent though with excellent range on the Bushnell's from the reports. The glass is no slouch though, just not Leica like :)

I have a set. They will hit 1800 yards plus hand held with no support. I can range off a metal fence post using the bulls eye setting at several hundred yards, something a Leica will not do at any price. Ranges off plain old flat dirt at well past 700 yards.

They have a slight blue green cast to them, I assume from beam splitters for the laser in the optics.
Very good for observation unlike the monoculars. Outranges every rangefinder on the market under $2000 except the Swarovski.
