Build Time

Bought some bullets and powder last night. I have 200 105gr AMAX on the way with some Ramshot Hunter. Base, rings, barrel nut wrench, and headspace gauge on the way too. Parts should be complete. Thank you all for your help with this build, even those who have disagreed or provided criticism. It should be about 13lbs all up. In the future I may have bottom metal and a Rifle Basix or similar trigger installed.

good luck with the amax. if you get a good load that works past 200 yards, please post. i have a box collecting dust i wouldn't mind to utilize.

I will do that. I plan to get zeroed and then load test at 200

Rifle is built. I was only able to zero at 25 in the local indoor range but really like how it feels and looks.

Did some load development yesterday. Had 6 of ten loads umder 1/2moa. And these were my best. I was shooting at 100 yards so I'll test at 200 and 300 next time out. 105 amax at 2.81coal and Ramshot hunter.
