    If you are of the mind that ounces are tons, then they are a bit heavy, but very nice classic style stocks.
    I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

    I like them. I used one with the full aluminum bedding block on a 20 vartarg build. Hogue did tell me the heavy barrel would fit and still be free floated but it did not. it took a little work to remove material from the barrel channel. I didn't do a pretty job but I am happy with the accuracy and feel of the total package. I may consider another one but would try to do a better job of fitting the barreled action to the stock.
