Hi I'm new to the forum and am looking for what seems like difficult info to come by. I inherited a Savage 111 with an early ser# F331***. It has no bottom feeding removable mag, but will take 3 rounds top loaded into an enclosed magazine.
I took it to the range for the 1st time a couple weeks ago fine firing gun spot on at 200 Yds. It to needs a little help with the internal mag very hard to load correctly plan to give it a little TLC between now and the next time out.
Any help in finding out more about this firearm would be greatly appreciated
