Blown Primer Help??

I had a blown primer, ejected the round, and the primer was gone ??
It was not a hot load, but I think a lose pocket (that batch brass is going in the trash (FC)).
Q1: ware did it go ??
Q2: the spent cases don’t eject like they use to ??
Q3: the fix ??

P.S. The plunger (ejector seem very soft, but it still moves in and out)

Take the stock off and check the magazine box. My one and only blown primer ended up in there. I can't help with the other questions.

Q1. Look in the bolt lug recesses
Q2. The ejector is not working properly
Q3. Remove the ejector and clean the carbon (from the blown primer) out of it

Is the ejector stuck inside the bolt head?

Hand loads? I had that problem recently I switched to hand primer and that helped my primer problem. I have an old hollywood press and the primer seater was just not cutting it anymore.
