    That's my 243 with 115DTACs. Rifle weighs in at 17lbs though lol.

    You don't need to do a class. Just come out and play. I started shooting matches in November 2014 and got hooked after that. Eventually I'll go to a higher level class to tighten things up a bit, but with a lot of practice on the side I've pulled off a couple wins and top 3 placements in the last year. Even did a PRS match. I'm moving to the East Coast this summer, but I'll be getting involved in more of the large matches in the 2017 season and I did sign up for the Guardian match this September as well.

    Nice rig. Gotta love the 243. Does your POI rise when you rest it on a hard surface with a different point of contact like that barricade vs. off of a bipod, bags, a backpack or offhand?

    The 243 is so flat shooting I haven't really noticed. I sometimes use a bag as well for barricade work, but it mostly depends on the barricade.
