Thats a right hand on Midway, could be used if fin was ground off. Won't change headspace.
I did see on one post but can not find it again about putting a short action baffle on the long action to limit the backstroke. Would this the correct part? http://www.midwayusa.com/product/177...rough-16-steel. Is the baffle the same for right and left handed bolts? My rifle is a lefty. Does replacing the baffle require redoing the headspacing? Thanks.

Chances are, it might not have the fin.
I used one to build a 223 on a 7mm action. It didn't have the fin.

So it is safe and ok to use without the fin? What purpose does the fin serve or even the whole baffle part? Do they make one for left hand? If I can not find a left hand one I will try the one listed on midway and grind the fin off if needed. Thanks for the info guys.
