I have an original (staggered-feed) Stevens 200 in .223 that I'm thinking about turning into a .260 target rig. What do I need in order to perform this? I'm assuming a need a new barrel, boltface and a custom lug?
My main worry is if it will feed correctly? Thoughts going from .223 to .260?

Yep what Jon said. 260 is a heck of a round I would suggest getting it in a fast enough twist for the 140's lots of folks shooting it to 1500+ yards.

Creed doesn't have those problems and the factory Hornady match ammo is available and cheap in case you want to break in and see what the barrel will do before you work up a load.

Oh, I'm not aware. You're saying they are all long actions? If so, that's good but you still should have the barrel throated for the longer bullets to take full advantage of the .260s potential.

Stevens 200's come in Short and Long actions :-).
