What base/rings do you like for a new Mod. 12 rifle.

I'm building a semi custom 450 Bushmaster by starting with a new Model 12 in 308. Have always used Leupold Standard in the past but the last ones I bought seemed a little light weight. What do people use today? This will be a hunting rifle. Sort of a Southern Michigan version of a bean field gun. Thanks.

How much money are you wanting to spend? I find that is usually more important that which model/brand/style of part you want to know about. I can tell you right now get some Sphur or ARC M10 rings because I love them, but do you want to spend 200+ on rings? Or do you just want something that will work good enough that its more accurate than you are?

Id say Burris ZEE rings would be my choice if I didn't wanna spend alot of $$$$
