My A17 post, where did it go?

I spent too much time with my A17 feeding issues fix and when hitting the POST button, was told to log in again. So I did. came back to what i thought was my post page and....gone. Where did it go? Do I always need to copy and then log in and then paste the post into a new box? Really new at this and need a little help.

Sometimes it happens, especially if you leave the browser page and return. Most of the time it refreshes the page and all your text disappears with the refresh.
