I'm wanting to get a barrel chambered in 223 AI and receiver threads cut on a small shank barrel blank has anyone had SSS do this to there barrel? How did it turn out?

Thanks Dennis that's what I wanted to know.
Fred has done 2 barrels for me, one a Douglas in 09 and a Brux in 12. Both are outstanding shooters. He does top quality work.

Never personally had Fred work on anything, but have seen the results of his work a few times. He does Very nice work.
