    sight in 308

Ok took off the BSA pos put back the Bushnell 4x12, Tried 5 different brands and weights 165, shot well 1 inch and a flyer, all this at 100 yards, 2 different 165 shot same, 180, shot good but flyer. All the flyer's are me and scope. Now Perfecta 147 fmj shot one hole 4 shots in a cluster, Now I am putting my shooting on hold until I get a nice scope, If this gun will hold 3 inches at 300, with factory ammo. I will be in great shape. A thoughts on a scope I am wanting a fix 8 or 10 weaver and thanks

I would go with a SWFA for fixed, but the Primary Arms line is very popular in that price range.

Leupold also makes some nice fixed power scopes.

However, the SWFA are much more adjustable with target turrets, ranging reticles, etc.
    Common sense is not common

I am really happy with the cheap ammo just over 1/2 at 100, yards

Ive seen it at bass pro and cabelas. nikon has a big sale going on now. So likely any retailer will have it. The m308 is 449 also, but for 110$ less id get the p5

I'd get the SWFA or PA over the Nikon. Both have better reticle options.

If you are just target shooting get the SWFA. the 16X will go 1000 all day long.

    BSA pos
    Classic.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

This has already been asked but I don't know. If you want to be dead on at 200, yards how high at 100, do you have to be and how low are you at 300, about looks like I will be using weigh or 150, 20 inch bull barrel thanks

I had the same performance with the perfecta ammo! It shot very well at 50 and 100! 3 people shot it and i would say we had 15 shots inside the small x ring in the target. Most holes were all touching each other. Not the best rest either
