Mod 11 bolt body

Recently got a mod 11. Last night i examined the bolt and realized the bolt has a spring behind the cocking lug. Very different arrangement than the 2 older 110 bolts, this arrangement does not appear on the part finder exploded diagram. Can any one discuss. I am considering a new barrel with a different bolt face. ( .473 vs .378)and I will have to disassemble and replace the bolt head.

Newer model 11 (xp th) have the Axis style bolt. There are some pics in this forum, somewhere. One thread about a washer between the springs to help with spring binding and bolt lift.
