    New Savage owner with a Savage 11 Hoc Hunter


    Hello ALL,

    J here from DFW, TX. Just picked up a Savage 11 HH 308 a couple days ago. Reason why I grabbed it was because it was on sale and the threaded barrel... Saves me some money on having to get it threaded. I plan on replacing in the future with probably the Accurate Mag DBM ad a Boyds stock, but probably not any time soon. I already picked up a DMZ Game Reaper scope mount for it. I probably won't be able to take it out to try for a couple weeks due to scheduling. I also picked up a Ruger in 270Win the week before. These are my first high powered bolt action. Hopeully neither of them disappoint.
