    Accustock bedding vs accuracy?

I've done a lot of searching and haven't found info on the kind of stocks that I have.
I have 2 FLCP's in 223 and 243 with Accustocks . They shoot pretty good and I'm still testing loads (weather permitting). I was inspecting them and 223 had <30lbs torque and the 243 had 40lbs torque. Pulled the stocks and that aluminum "U" channel in there looks impressive. But, I was wondering if I should go ahead and bed them. I've only bedded wood stock (pillar & full) and always improved accuracy, at least a little. Perhaps one day, I may replace the stocks but, not in near future.

Has anyone here bedded actions in one of these stocks and was able to see marked improvement in accuracy? Are there issues bedding these that would surprise me or reasons for special bedding areas? Or should not bed at all?

Appreciate any tips and experience in this area.
    Thanks,
    Regis
