I shot a 9 point whitetail buck last December near San Saba, Texas and Wifezilla called me at work and said a wooden crate showed up at the house today. I think it came out pretty good.

Nice looking deer Frank. Was the left ear damaged by ticks or just how the picture made it look?
It was an already healed split when I shot him, probably from crawling through barbwire or fighting.

Nice! I didn't even shoot a buck last year. Did put four does in the freezer though.
Looks like...um, about a 140 class?
What's the mark or dark line lookin thing on the bottom of his left beam?
They told me mid 130's (I don't measure them). The black line/mark is a crease in the beam that looks like it has sap and or dirt in it.

Very Nice! I have a mount with a split ear like that. Racks not quite as big though... :'(
