Ive done a few searches and cant find a specific answer to my question. Is there a bottom metal drop in for the savage axis II to accept AI mags specifically for 243?
Are the axis in an "accustock"?
No, there's not a drop in replacement for the Axis. The only outfit I know doing an AI conversion for the Axis is CDi Precision Gunworks and it requires and aftermarket stock that they will inlet to accept their hardware.

I'm going to do a write up on my CDI bottom metal once I give the rifle some room to stretch its legs this weekend. It works really well so far though and looks great.
