    Size/buy sight screw holes in bbl

    I just bought a M11 bbl with holes for sights. Can you tell me the screw size and where I could buy filler screws?
    Thanks;

    When I took the sights off my Hog Hunter I used the allen screws that came out of the receiver where the scope bases mount.

    ^^^^good point. If you don't have them, I am sure you can get them from Savage

    Sometimes they don't even charge for inexpensive, light parts like that.

    I save everything. Just spent an hour looking. No luck so far, but I've got a lot of mount screws of different lengths.
    Thanks;

    I wouldn't bother with plug screws. Fill the holes in with a black crayon. It will seal out the moisture and is a lot easier getting out if you need the holes again.
