Greetings fellow shooters!
Long time Savage owner, hailing from the great state of South Dakota, now residing in Nevada. Getting back into my firearms, looking to associate with like minded individuals. Local shooters forums around here don't seem to be taking new registrants, so here I am. I don't do much hunting, but I am a big supporter of the #2A. My goal is to eventually ring steel at 1000 yards. I'd love to do this with both my Savages chambered each in .270 and .223. I've recently put a new 24" stainless heavy barrel on the 110 .270, and she groups like a dream, but haven't had the chance to stretch her legs out past 100. I'm in no hurry. I do enjoy talking shop and being out in the field putting shots on target. I'm not a purest, or a glass snob, I'm more economical, and fun. I'm not into reloading yet, and as such wont talk about BC's because its just no fun for me. Thanks for having me.
